One of the major arrivals on the island this season is a new project from the dynamic team behind Tapas Ibiza. Aragma Ibiza is a restaurant that brings you closer to the Mediterranean ambience of Greece with every bite.
Here are 10 things to know about this new restaurant:
1. Aragma is a Greek word that means to relax and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. And this is the experience you will get at Aragma.
2. The menu has been created by Executive Chef Alex who is originally from Athens and includes 4 sections, dips, cold mezze, hot mezze and desserts.
3. The dips can be enjoyed individually or for the ultimate sharing experience, indulge in the Sabores de Aragma platter. Including all 4 of the dips with sourdough and fresh pita bread.
4. Cold Mezze includes mouthwatering Salads, Ceviche and Dolmadakia (stuffed vine leaves) among other treats.
5. The largest section on the menu is the hot mezze, with vegetarian, fish and meat options to tempt your taste buds. Whilst catering for all the main dietary requirements.
6. You have a choice of homemade desserts to complete your meal. (Get the deconstructed Baklava).
7. Bar Manager Luis, who has experience working in Greece, curated the drinks menus. Expect creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic house cocktails, try the El Curador.
8. The wine menu has some interesting options including a blanc de noir and a pét-nat. For something a bit different you can also enjoy Greek beers, wines and liquors.
9. The restaurant consists of two large dining areas. The open-air terrace or the welcoming stylish interior dining area, with views of San Antonio’s Marina throughout.
