El Clodenis Ibiza

Ibiza loves its legends. And this summer, one of them has returned to reclaim its place on the island. El Clodenis is back – stronger and with more flavor and more soul than ever. In this iconic 1725 farmhouse next to the church of Sant Rafel, a radically original cultural and culinary space is emerging. A new classic, ready to write its next chapter in the island’s collective memory.

A place with history.

A centuries-old home, listed as a Historical Heritage Site, is now pulsing with new energy. Its Ibizan architecture and its garden with ancient trees together offer a sensory experience that’s both culinary and cultural.

A cuisine that fuses time and place.

The menu revives ancestral ingredients and pre-Hispanic techniques to present a refined, fresh Mexi-Mediterranean cuisine. Ceviches and aguachiles, nixtamalized corn tortillas with tuna and bone marrow, and cacao-braised ribs slow-cooked for 12 hours… everything is prepared to order in their Cevichería and Tartar Bar.

A liquid temple.

The Mezcaloteque pays homage to the finest spirits from small producers in Oaxaca, Guerrero and Guanajuato. A full sensory “barmacy”: macerations, infusions and botanical cocktails that blend tradition and innovation. The drink list is rounded out by natural and biodynamic wines chosen with the same philosophy: flavor and a specific identity.

A home for art.

El Clodenis is also a stage for creativity. Throughout the summer, artists, filmmakers and cultural disruptors will present unique, immersive works here. Because the experience isn’t just something you eat, it’s something you feel.
