Ibiza new restaurants, hotels, shops… pay attention to these 2022 new openings. Ibiza new restaurants, hotels, shops… pay attention to these 2022 new openings. Anti-aging clinic, Japanese restaurant, crazy cinema experience. All new experiences you can have in Ibiza.

1. The Longevity Suite Ibiza

“We believe that longevity is not just about living longer, but about quality of life.” So says The Longevity Suite, Ibiza’s brand new biohacking and anti-ageing clinic in the heart of Marina Botafoch. The centre offers cutting-edge treatments from around the world, ranging from cryo, sleep treatments, detox nutrition, face rejuvenation, body sculpting, and holistic therapy, not to mention its legendary Cryosuite service, which cools you short-term to -85 to -95ºC to improve blood and lymphatic flow.

2. UHLA by UM

It is amazing to see the transformation of Santa Eulalia continue with the opening of this new restaurant down by the water’s edge. Featuring views of the sea down the river (yes Ibiza has rivers!), this sandy paradise has a menu bursting with Mediterranean flavours. Try fresh salads, traditional Spanish paella, grilled fish and 30-day matured rib-eye steaks. The restaurant’s soundtrack is inspired by Latin American folk and jungle sounds tied to electronic rhythms. A real breath of fresh air in this buzzing corner of Santa E.

3. The Skinny Kitchen Ibiza Town

It’s fair to say that Skinny absolutely blew up when it opened up in San Antonio. The first clean-eating restaurant on the west coast open day and night, it attracted a body-beautiful clientele. Who said perfect for Instagram? It’s now expanded to Ibiza Town, bringing its eclectic menu of innovative and nutritious dishes with it. Check out the bottomless brunches with two courses, prosecco and pornstar martinis. Yeah baby!

4. Hornie Pizza

“Are you Hornie?” scream the owners. The sexiest pizza club on Ibiza? You betcha. Housed in a pink portside palace, this is most definitely not your typical Italian pizzeria – it’s a full-on party featuring music, colour, an intoxicating cabaret show every night, and the most flamboyant waiters and waitresses on the island. It just begs one question – why didn’t somebody think of this years ago?

5. Delirio Picture Show

Are you ready for a crazy four-hour cinema experience with musicals, music videos and sing-a-longs from the comfort of your own beanbag? “Eighties retro? A bit of Freddie? Catchy? Quirky? Pop? Regressive? Hilarious? Orgasmic? Off the wall? We are all this but lots more besides,” Delirio shouts. No two visits are the same and the evening is hosted by Atlanna and Nicolas, who met in Paris and married in Vegas. “It is a show for all the family – just don’t bring the kids!”.

6. Zuma Ibiza

London, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai, Miami, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, New York, Rome, Las Vegas, Phuket, Boston… and now the Ibiza Gran Hotel. Winner of numerous awards around the globe including from Tatler magazine, Zuma’s beautiful contemporary Japanese cuisine created in three separate spaces – the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill – arrives on the island. The concept derives from the cooking style of fishermen in northern Japan.
