There are places where haute cuisine is crafted with true artisan care and attention to detail. Restaurants where flavors are not only tasted but remembered. That’s La Gaia, the restaurant at Ibiza Gran Hotel that has garnered one Michelin star and two Repsol Soles. It’s a venue that is now entering a new chapter, one that is more harmonious and more deeply connected to the soul of the island.

A date with your emotions
The newly redesigned space, created by Sandra Tarruella’s studio, draws inspiration from traditional Ibizan architecture to create a sober, serene and deeply sensory setting. Whitewashed walls, semicircular arches, organic textures… Everything invites you to be swept away by an experience that blends beauty, flavor and memory.
Roots, faces, and flavors
Under the direction of Chef Óscar Molina, La Gaia offers the Illa and Horitzó tasting menus, along with a new à la carte selection that fleshes out the culinary journey. Local ingredients, handcrafted ceramics, small-scale producers, dishes whose origins and purpose revolve around people – all are part of a cuisine that breathes commitment and humanity.

Haute cuisine that speaks of Ibiza
For these reasons, La Gaia is more than a restaurant. It’s a culinary experience that honors the natural and cultural richness of Ibiza – a tribute to the island’s light, rhythm, and, ultimately, its very essence.
