Warm cauliflower with black garlic and cumin aioli

Sublime. The mildly nutty cauliflower is perfectly complemented by the subtle sweetness of the black garlic and the little kick from the cumin aioli.

Crispy yucca with green chutney

Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, yucca is a natural aid to digestion and here gets a delicious lift from the in-house green chutney.

Pumpkin and walnut ravioli with sage and rawmesan powder

Sweet and nutty and perfectly cooked, the ravioli gets a salty, savoury hit from the sage and rawmesan, a vegan parmesan substitute made with nuts and seeds.

Baked sweet potato, pico de gallo, sriracha salsa and yoghurt

Pico de gallo takes tomato, red onion, jalapeño, coriander and lime and introduces them to the sweet potato, which says “hello!” A perfect combination.

Mango crumble with cardamom custard

A wonderful twist on an absolute classic – the mango gives the crumble a lovely light texture and the cardamom gives warm, fragrant depth to the custard.
