UNIQUE GASTRONOMIC PROPOSALS TO SHARE

Mediterranean and Peruvian food constitute two world-renowned cuisines. This Ibizan company was born in 2008 with its first hotel, the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe. Since 2019, the Maymanta restaurant has been located on its rooftop, and this year it will be celebrating its sixth anniversary. It fuses Mediterranean gastronomy with produce that has origins in Peru, thanks to signature recipes from Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida. In August 2023 the Humo restaurant was opened on the rooftop of the Nativo Ibiza hotel, which was founded in 2021, with a grill concept that maintained the standards of quality and origin that are characteristic of NCalma Group.

NCalma Group is currently focused on the development of prime locations on the island both at a residential and hotel level, also committing to the creation of unique dining experiences in each of its restaurants. Its projects, such as the Maymanta and Humo restaurants, have become benchmarks of haute cuisine in Ibiza, attracting diners from all over the world with their innovative dishes and their commitment to sustainability and quality.

MAYMANTA: AN EXPERIENCE THAT CONQUERS ALL YOUR SENSES

Located on the rooftop of the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, Maymanta offers panoramic views of the Bay of Santa Eulària and is the only restaurant in the world that combines the essences of Peru and Ibiza. With a Sol from the Repsol Guide among its achievements, Maymanta is celebrating six years of culinary excellence and continues to surprise its diners under the management of acclaimed Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida.

Maymanta’s menu combines ancestral Andean recipes with a touch of Mediterranean tradition, with zero-kilometer seafood dominating the menu. Dishes such as tapeo criollo (Latin American-style tapas), anticuchos (grilled meat kebabs), ceviches, tiraditos (Peruvian raw fish), woks and grilled foods are just some of the specialties to share. All this can be enjoyed in an open space, with large windows that allow you to take in the natural light and majestic sunsets, accompanied by delicious cocktails and refreshing sessions from the resident DJs.

HUMO: COOKING FROM THE GRILL

Under the management of chef Alberto Bermejo, Humo is reopening its doors at Hotel Nativo, offering a new gastronomic experience that pays homage to charcoal, smoke and grills; with a strong commitment to sustainability and making its dishes through an approach of ‘world’ cuisine with local, seasonal produce. This restaurant is taking you back to its roots, with a warm and casual atmosphere and décor inspired by nature. In homage to the smoke of grills with ancestral flavors of fishing, hunting and gathering, it presents a wide menu of grilled meats, fish, seafood and chopped vegetables combined with different dressings, sauces and vinaigrettes. It’s a mixture of exotic flavors based on the crossbreeding and communion of cultures, where the Mediterranean basin meets Latin American, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian flavors. What’s more, the experience is complemented with a wild cocktail bar full of tropical juices made with fruit and combined with tequilas, pisco and other liquors.
