Situated on the old Coricancha site, the opening of MAINE was the talk of the summer this year. With a backdrop of flamingos feeding on the Salinas salt flats, this once 18th century parocchia is now home to a beautiful restaurant serving food from the freshest ingredients, carefully sourced, presented simply with award winning wines.
