Supün
Supün is a bao, noodle and sake bar created by three working partners – Luca, Nardino (both chefs) and Bruna (sake sommelier) – where everything is homemade. Thanks to its original flavors, Asian techniques and a combination of local products from Ibiza and Spain, you will find delicacies such as the marinated national wagyu bao with a typical Peruvian anticuchera sauce, the seafood suquet with homemade noodles, and the kimchi with vegetables from the island. Homemade ice cream and the best tips for tasting sake have now been added to the original gastronomic selection at this city restaurant, which is located in Can Bellotera and is open for dinner from 7.30 to 11.30pm.

Bahía Talamanca
Summer in Ibiza can be very relaxing if you know the right places to go. The new Bahía Talamanca restaurant aims to be that little oasis of tranquility, with its beach bar style, decorated with bamboo and palm leaves, wood and mats on the floor. To complete the relaxing experience, take the plunge and go barefoot. Bahía Talamanca is located on the Talamanca promenade, at the northern end of the bay, and offers a tasty and colorful menu of meat and fish dishes made with Spanish and Asian ingredients, all of which can be enjoyed at both lunch and dinner.

El Pecador
Renowned Catalan chef Nandu Jubany continues to bring his exquisite cuisine to new corners of the island of Formentera thanks to the opening of restaurant El Pecador, located on the road to La Mola, at km 8.5, in Sant Ferran de ses Roques. Many will be familiar with the venue because Can Dani – the first Michelin-star winner on the Pityusic Islands – was located there for years. Now Jubany is taking over this famous old farmhouse, where he promises to seduce the senses and intoxicate the soul with the most delicious food and finest elixirs.

We are talking about the Casabianca cocktail bar and the Casanoche restaurant, located opposite each other at Calle Mare de Déu 46. They offer Peruvian specialties such as ceviche, delicious French-style tapas, and refreshing cocktails, ranging from traditional to innovative. They are open every day from 6pm to 3.30am and promise to enhance the island’s most atmospheric street even further.

Core Ibiza Town Hotel
The Core Ibiza Town Hotel has opened this year after a complete refurbishment and is now a fourstar establishment. Without a doubt, its avant-garde façade has helped to beautify the city of Ibiza’s image. Centrally located on the corner of Calle Vicente Cuervo, it has 36 rooms across four floors and is located a few steps from the Vara de Rey promenade, the walled city of Dalt Vila and the port of Ibiza. It exudes the essence of an urban hotel, with the convenience of having museums, restaurants, stores and businesses within walking distance.
