Aguamadera Ibiza
A beautiful new agroturismo hotel sitting in 11 hectares of land with sunrise and sunset views. Situated just outside Santa Eulàlia, Aguamadera em- braces silence, privacy, respect and creative pursuits – NATIV loves its wood-fire kitchen with wild flavours, rain showers, king- sized beds, wellness area and permaculture vegetable garden with beehives.
AMA Ibiza
The incredible new adults-only boutique hotel on the shores of Platja d’en Bossa. Featuring contemporary Ibiza-style studios and junior suites, the complex also offers a beautiful swimming pool with sea-views, a beach club, wellness area and boutique. Situated on Ibiza’s longest beach and only a stone’s throw from two of the biggest nightclubs on the island, AMA Ibiza ticks all the boxes.
Anaïs
Never has a hashtag been more apt – #givemesomethingspecial exclaims the marketing for Anaïs, and it’s a perfect description of the brand. Born out of Italy, Anaïs is a beautiful multi-brand clothing and accessory store, with a new Ibiza Town branch joining its flagship Formentera outlet. “Every single piece is personally selected by myself and is a reflection of my wardrobe,” says owner Annalisa Rossi. “Everything is created by women, selected for quality and ultimately, the ability to convey the exclusivity of each brand.”
Barro Formentera
Located in one of the most traditional villages on the island, Sant Ferran de ses Roques, Barro is a restaurant with two spaces: Embárrate, which has a finger-food concept (check out the mushroom tacos and the ham and truffle mozzarella sandwich!), and El Comedor, where you can enjoy delicious grilled food, fish and meat cooked over an open fire. There are great cocktails too, plus live music and DJs. A very welcome addition to 2023.
Ben’s Gym
Situated in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza’s newest fitness concept returns to the island with a fresher and younger image. Offering a unique boutique gym experience and equipped with top-of-the-line Hammer Strength machinery, it transports you to a world of luxury and wellness as soon as you step through the doors. Open every day.
Casa Mama
We love this. Situated on the road to San Antonio from San José, Casa Mama offers a real home- from-home dining experience. After a lifetime linked to Michelin restaurants, chef Pau Barba returns to his roots alongside David Denais to create a wonderful menu that includes lentil casserole, beans with clams, tripe with chickpeas and a fab potato omelette. With old photographs on the wall, hams hanging from the ceiling and vintage tablewear, Casa Mama is a keeper!
