If there is one thing Tapas Ibiza are experts in, it is good food. The tapas culture proves irresistible to everyone who walks through the door. But which one to start with? Its creators offer us three bites.
ENTRECOT
150 grams of pan-seared steak with an ancho chili, cocoa and espresso rub,
served with an original truffle and peppercorn sauce.
GOAT CHEESE SALAD
Crumbled goat cheese with spiced roasted grapes, served on a bed of rocket,
radicchio and spinach, dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette.
SEAFOOD
A delicious selection of steamed mussels, John Dory fish and shrimp
in a house brandy cream sauce.
This is just a little appetizer. The big news this season is its new restaurant, Aragma Ibiza – an experience that will bring you closer to the Greek Mediterranean feeling with every bite. Its creators spoke to us:
What can you tell us about the evolution of Tapas Ibiza?
We are very happy to expand this season with Aragma Ibiza and its delicious homemade Greek- and Mediterranean-style dishes. We will continue serving tasty homemade tapas at Tapas Ibiza. Plus, we have some new dishes and house cocktails that will be the perfect accompaniment to the nightly specials created by our talented kitchen team.
What has prompted these changes?
We love what we do, and, with the enormous success of Tapas in recent years, we felt it was time to take on a new challenge. We have a wonderful team behind us, without whom none of this would be possible.
What other surprises are in store?
Our mission is to wow clients from the moment they arrive until they leave. Our floor team makes sure this is the case, while the kitchen team serves delicious homemade dishes all evening.
