With an inspiring fusion between the Mediterranean and Pacific touches, the menu hits all the right notes for beachside sharing: from our Beach-style lobster rice (sweet rice with lobster, cuttlefish, shrimp and monkfish) to grilled sea bass with poblano and guajillo sauces and mashed green mango and vegetables. All washed down with a chilled glass of Moët & Chandon. And for added freshness, the sushi is spot on.

We’re not going to lie: we love a cocktail as we mellow out listening to chilled beats and gazing at an azure sea. Maybe that’s just us. If it’s you too, The Beach by Ushuaïa Ibiza has pretty much everything covered: mojito by the jug? Why of course. Perhaps a cooling watermelon crash? No problem.
