Tourism accounts for 84% of Ibiza’s GDP. 

The population of Ibiza swells from 152,000  to over 450,000 during peaks months of the summer holidays.

Just under 3 million tourists are expected to have visited Ibiza during 2022 

The tourism sector in Ibiza and Formentera permanently employs over 10,000 people.

The partners of the Promotion of Tourism of the island of Ibiza promote more than 500 events each season, from clubs and outdoors activities, to tattoo conventions, film festivals, live music, nature treks, markets, food festivals and much more.

If you want to journey to the past, to see the culture and embodiment of Ibizan life revealed, you must visit some of the over  25 churches of Ibiza. The beautiful San Josep de sa Talaia, the simplicity of Sant Vicent de sa Calaor the calm presence of Santa Agnes de Corona are good places to
start your exploration.
