When night falls, Up&Down brings you flavors that will take you on a journey through Asia and the Mediterranean’s gastronomic culture. Here you can try everything from sea bass in coconut and oyster sauce, to shrimp capacho with passion fruit emulsion, through a knife-cut steak tartare or the explosive taste on your palate of the watermelon Nigiri dessert with rocks of white chocolate and passion fruit ice cream.
