1. Island Witch Crafts
Nativ are big adopters of smoke offerings, in most forms. If something is sustainably foraged, ethically sourced and handmade in Ibiza and the blessed smoke released cleanses and recharges and does things beyond out ken, then we are in. Marvellous stuff.
2. Virginia Vald
The brainchild of Virginia Rovira, the first Vald collection sprung to life in 2013 from a series of sketches the designer made on a trip to the Mediterranean, a trip which changed the course of her life. Now one of the leading lights of Adlib Moda her hippy chic with an ultra-modern touch would sit happily in any collection.
3. Jesús de Miguel
We love the work of Jesus De Miguel. An artist who, it can be said, has created a startling alternative world of vibrant shapes and colours and even sounds. A regular tour-de force, his works include painting, sculpture, music, 3D animation, video and a healthy dose of punk attitude.
4. La Torre Ibiza
Mark Barrott and Pete Gooding curate the fourth instalment in the Hostal La Torre Recordings series: a humdinger of a selection featuring, among others, Rare Silk, Special Request and Lola Perrin. And eclectic, laid-back mix perfect for gouging out to a smudged pink sky.
5. Ojo for Ibiza Wine
By far and away the best Ibiza-produced wine we have tasted: not to be all wine-buff about it, but . . . scents of black elderberry, fresh and juicy on the palate and . . . it is simply delicious. The organic vines are harvested by hand every year in limestone soil high above the sea, and Ojo strongly promotes biodiversity. From natural harmony comes good things.
6. Umiko Kombucha
We love Kombucha, but we really love this kombucha. This slow-brewed utterly delicious concoction should really be in every home. Fine wines are, rightly, regarded as the epitome of understanding complex blends and flavours, and Umiko is, simply, the fine wine of kombucha.
